St. Raymond's Clinic
St. Raymond’s House is a permanent supportive housing program for homeless men and women with chronic illnesses and disabilities. The program provides support and resources to assist residents in stabilizing their health conditions as well as increasing their skills for independent living through case management, recovery services, health education, employment services and life skills education.

Time: Thursdays 5-7PM
Who we serve: homeless individuals with chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, coronary artery diseases, cancer, and other acute/chronic conditions
Special considerations: We have two lovely cats in the facility. Please pre- treat prior to coming in if you are allergic to cats. We also have antihistamines available on site.
